Blackbird Capital is an independent company formed in 2018 with a board and other members boasting over 100 plus year plus of experience in accounting, legal services, finance, business advisory, corporate recoveries and business turnaround and private lending.
With access to several private funds, we offer loans up to $10 million dollars for periods of 1 month to 12 months (different with construction finance). Real estate security is not always required and we will consider Balance Sheet lending as long as the business has the ability to repay the loan or the exit strategy makes commercial sense for all parties involved.
