About Blackbird Capital
Blackbird Capital is an independent company formed in 2018 with a board and other members boasting over 100 plus year plus of experience in accounting, legal services, finance, business advisory, corporate recoveries and business turnaround and private lending.
With access to several private funds, we offer loans up to $10 million dollars for periods of 1 month to 12 months (different with construction finance). Real estate security is not always required and we will consider Balance Sheet lending as long as the business has the ability to repay the loan or the exit strategy makes commercial sense for all parties involved.
Most clients needs are for one of the following three reasons
- Requirement for further working capital to expand the business
- Funds are required to pay out the company creditors as a result of a poor cashflow cycle
- Access to funds where you have a debtor or debtors not paying you due to dispute.
As part of our lending approach, we have the experience to review and understand the issues you are facing and we will support your business should your exit strategy be a business turnaround, restructure, litigation support whilst you complete your debt recovery or negotiate with your creditors. Blackbird Finance has a panel of Book keepers, accountants, Lawyers, debt collection agencies and business consultants should you need referral to an external organisation to help you through this period.
