Blackbird Capital are presented with multiple constructions loans on a weekly basis, our lending method is based on the exit strategy for the developer. We are not concerned if you are a first-time property developer or an experienced large scale developer, the exit strategy simply must make sense to Blackbird Capital.

Blackbird Capital will partner with other lenders or if we are not able to lend on a project, we can certainly introduce you to our affiliate partners in the industry who may be able to assist you.

An example of a construction loan approval is a client with a development site in SE QLD. The developer had successfully obtained an option over 3 adjoining properties. The first options needed to be settled and a traditional lender would not assist. The LVR three properties were financed through a traditional lender. The approvals were a matter of weeks away and a loan could be provided with the exit strategy being a refinance to a tradition lender once the approvals were obtained and successful presales reached.
